Currency Exchange Rate
All items are priced and charged in US Dollar (USD – $) only.  Please use the currency exchange rate tool box located in the top to determine our prices in various other currencies.  Please note that this is for information purposes only and the actual exchange rate may vary depending on your bank.
All orders are processed and shipped from Los Angeles, California, USA.  All orders are shipped the following business day upon verification of payment whenever possible.  During peak seasons, it may take one or two more days to process order.  Orders are shipped the following business day when payment is confirmed after the cutoff time 10:00PM.  We do not ship on Saturday, Sunday or U.S. holidays.  Under certain circumstances, we may require additional information to confirm payment before processing an order. is not responsible for any packages and it’s content against damage or loss during transit to the buyer.
Domestic Shipping (Within U.S.)
All domestic shipments are shipped with Delivery Confirmation and tracking number will be sent via email once order has been shipped.
International Shipping (Outside of U.S.)
We ship worldwide by using USPS Standard International (available for up to total 4 pounds of shipping weight), USPS Priority (Expedited Tracking), or USPS Express Mail International (EMS).  USPS Priority and Express automatically includes tracking.  For some countries, there are Standard Mail with or without tracking options while others only offer one choice.  Any postage confirmation number that starts with “LN” label DOES NOT offer tracking service.  Standard-Tracking shipping options are available for some countries and it offers Tracking for additional cost.    The “LX” label is trackable on the USPS website.  For all international orders, we do not guarantee and will not be responsible for it’s delivery.  The buyer assumes all responsibility once an order is mailed.
Shipping Insurance Option will give store credit for any merchandise that was damaged, destroyed or lost during transit.   Shipping, Handling, Shipping Insurance Cost and Taxes are EXCLUDED and NOT Covered by this optional purchase.  All claims can be filed within 90 days of the shipping date of the package.  When a package is lost during transit, claim can be made after the normal delivery time for the postage method selected and the destination.  For damaged claims, photo evidence of damage(s) must be submitted.  There is no coverage when a package fails delivery due to incorrect address or custom’s issues.  Regular website policy applies under these circumstances.
In all international orders, is not liable for any shipments that fail to clear customs.
Return Policy
We accept returns for store credit only.   All returned items must be received by us within 14 calendar days of the purchase date.  All shipping costs incurred by us will be deducted.  Returned items must unused and in its original unbroken seal or box and must be accompanied by its original receipt.  We do not accept returns and all sales are final for promotional, discounted, or sale items.
All international and wholesale orders are final and returns will not be accepted.
If a wrong item was sent due to our mistake, we will credit refund your shipping costs and we will not charge for shipping out the correct item.  The returned item must be unused and in its original unbroken seal or box.
We are not responsible for any items damaged during shipping transit and we will not accept damaged items for return.  Claim can be filed with the carrier.
Order Cancellation
As soon an order is submitted and paid, your order status will show as “Processing”.  During this stage, our shipping department is in the process of packing and preparing your order for shipment.  Once it is mailed, an email will be sent out with the postage confirmation number and your order status will show as “Shipped”.  An order can only be cancelled during “Processing” stage.  We charge 10% of the total payment amount or $10, whichever is greater to cancel your order. There is no exceptions.
